New Subject Area to Report on Alerts
Augment your reporting on Alerts with the addition of the new subject area HCM Alerts Real Time.
The new subject area HCM Alerts Real Time allows you to report on all the alerts that are setup in the system which includes details like Alert Name, Type, Resource Name, Template and so on. You can also the metric #Alerts to report on the number of alerts setup.
Also, you can report on the Alerts history which includes the details related to alerts that are sent out to the recipients. This includes data like Recipient User Name, Email, Process Start and End Date, Communication Method, Email Subject and so on.
You can leverage the seeded metrics under Facts - Alert History to report on the number of alerts that are sent, successful, failed etc.
Allows you to report on Alerts Received
Steps to Enable
Leverage new subject area(s) by adding to existing reports or using in new reports. For details about creating and editing reports, see the Creating and Administering Analytics and Reports book (available from the Oracle Help Center > your apps service area of interest > Books > Administration).
Key Resources
This subject area is secured by the following duty role
- Duty Role Code - FBI_HCM_ALERTS_TRANSACTION_ANALYSIS_DUTY
- Duty Role Name - HCM Alerts Transaction Analysis Duty
By default this duty role is inherited by the following job role
- ORA_HRC_HUMAN_CAPITAL_MANAGEMENT_APPLICATION_ADMINISTRATOR_JOB
Uses with above job role should have access to the Subject area.
