Redwood - Custom Talent Rating Labels can be Changed on the Person Profile Type Page

Enables you to customize the field labels for custom talent ratings after switching from Responsive to Redwood UI. Field label customizations for the custom talent ratings page don't migrate when switching from Responsive to Redwood UI. In Redwood, you can customize these labels on the Profile Types page.
