Previous Progress Notes Displayed For Competency And Dynamic Skill Discussion Topics In Check-ins
You can now view previous progress notes for skills and competency discussion topics in a Performance or Touchpoints check-in. Progress notes are notes added for a competency or skill discussion topic in a previous check-in document. The notes are only from check-ins created for the same assignment from the last 12 months.
You can use View progress notes for the competency and skill to view the notes that have been added both by the manager and employee.
This feature enables users to use the existing notes as a reference point in future check-ins.
Steps to Enable
This feature is only available for Redwood check-ins in both Performance and Touchpoints.
