Activity Tracking
Users' activities are tracked when the enrollment flow is accessed from the Benefits Summary page. Note that the activity tracking for Self-Service Benefits and the enrollment flow initiated through the Benefits Summary page are maintained individually. For example, if the employee had visited the dental plan type grouping in the self-service pages, the administrator doesn’t see the check mark in the enrollment flow initiated through the Benefits Summary page.
Like the check mark against plan type grouping, badges such as Visited, Visited and Submitted appears for program or plan-not-in-program. Here also, the activity tracking for self-service pages and the enrollment pages in Benefits Summary are maintained individually. If the employee has visited and submitted the enrollment through Self-Service Benefits and if the administrator hasn’t visited the enrollment pages in Benefits Summary, no badge appears for the administrator. If the employee has visited and submitted the enrollment through Self-Service Benefits and if the administrator has visited the enrollment pages in Benefits Summary Center, the Visited and Submitted badge appears for the administrator. The same tracking applies to Self-Service Benefits for employees if the administrator has completed the enrollment through Benefits Summary pages. This approach informs the administrator or the employee that the enrollment was already submitted.
Closing Life Events
When the Allow administrators to close life event, within enrollment flow, after making elections option is selected in self-service configuration, and Close Enrollment Period Date is set to When Elections are Made in the plan configuration, the administrator can close the life event after submitting the elections. After submitting the elections, the admin is redirected to the Select a Benefit page. If needed, they can close the life event. If there are elections in another program or plan-not-in-program are pending, they can submit those elections before closing the life event.
This feature lets you experience Redwood’s high-fidelity interactions.
