Import Skills from LinkedIn Profiles that are in the Item Catalog

Customers using Enhanced Dynamic Skills features and maintaining their skills in the Item Catalog, can now have their users leverage LinkedIn Profile Import to bring in skills to their talent profiles. 

• Users can import skills into their talent profiles using LinkedIn Profile Import as always.
• These skills will reference item catalog skills if they are in the library.
• If the skills are not in the library, they are treated as nonlibrary skills. 

Enables users to maintain an up-to-date talent profile.
