Parameterized Process Cloud URL Integration in Journeys

You can now access the Oracle Process Automation (OPA) Process Cloud Start Form directly from the journey task and navigate back to the journey.

Users don't have to wait for an email notification to access the OPA task.

Steps to Enable

  1. Configure a journey integration with OPA. To do this, follow these steps:

    1. On the application home page, click the My Client Groups tab.

    2. Click Show More under Quick Actions.

    3. In the Journeys Setup area, click the Journeys Setup quick action.

    4. On the Journeys Setup page, click the Integrations card.

    5. On the Journey Integrations page, click Add.

    6. On the Configure Journey Integration page, select the Process Automation category.

    7. Select the Structured Process - Form Start type.

    8. Enter a unique integration code.

    9. Select the specific application name.

    10. Select the specific process name.

    11. Make sure that the Enable and send information for process automation integration check box is selected.

    12. Click Validate to confirm connectivity to the OPA instance. The status is updated when the validation is successful.

    13. Click Save and Close.

  2. Set up a journeys task to open an OPA Process Cloud Start Form for a process application hosted by OPA.
