Enhanced Guided Journey Banner Display Type on Redwood Pages

You can now decide how the page banner on a guided journey is displayed. When you create a new guided journey template, the default value for the Display Type is Compact Page Banner.  If you retain this display type, the banner image height and size is rendered smaller when compared to the Standard Page Banner.

If the journey task description is lengthy, then the banner auto expands to display the full text.

Compact Page Banner Auto Expands Based on Entered Task Description

Users can customize the size of the banner for their page level guided journeys to display relevant content accordingly.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips And Considerations

• This feature only applies to guided journeys displayed at the page level.

• The option to select the display type is available only on the Redwood page when you configure a guided journey.

• There is no change to the display type in existing guided journey templates.

Access Requirements

You must be granted these privileges:

• Manage Journey (ORA_PER_MANAGE_JOURNEY_TEMPLATE) aggregate privilege to work on journey templates.

• Journey Builder Duty (ORA_PER_JOURNEY_BUILDER_DUTY) duty privilege if you use the Guided Journey Redwood setup page.

• Manage Guided Journeys (ORA_PER_MANAGE_GUIDED_JOURNEYS) aggregate and function privilege if you use the Guided Journey Redwood setup page.
