Touchpoints Check-Ins With Indirect Managers and Reports

As an indirect manager, you can now schedule a Touchpoints check-in for any employee in your hierarchy.

To do so, click the Switch Team button on the manager’s dashboard and select a manager who reports to you. The dashboard refreshes with the selected manager’s engagement details. Click the Employees tab on the dashboard and schedule a check-in with any indirect report as shown below.

Likewise, employees can also schedule a Touchpoints check-in with their indirect managers. They have the option to select the manager while scheduling the check-in.

Note: The list of managers that appears in this list is controlled by the values specified in the ORA_HRA_MANAGER_LEVELS profile option.

These enhancements enable managers and employees to schedule skip-level check-ins easily.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
