Support for HR and Payroll Data Validation Reporting
You can now use the existing Data Validation Report to report exceptions for missing or invalid HR and payroll data that is required for payroll processing and reporting in Mexico.
Use the Run Worker Data Validation Report to check your HR data. This report includes validations for each employee such as:
- The date of birth is missing.
- A valid CURP has not been entered.
- There is no work location specified.
- The first name and/or paternal last name are missing.
- There is no adjusted service date for rehired employees.
- An assignment category hasn't been selected.
- A valid address hasn't been entered.
- The region of birth is not selected.
The Run Payroll Data Validation Report includes the HR validations as well as additional validation to check your payroll data that is needed to successfully process your payroll. The payroll validations included are:
- The TRU association hasn't been created on the Employee Tax Card.
- The social insurance salary type hasn't been selected for an employee.
- The employee is missing an element entry for Average SDI.
- There's no reduced working week value selected for the employee.
- The legal address is not set for the employee.
- A fiscal regime is not selected for the employee.
The payroll validation report also checks for data that is required to be set up for the legal entities (PSUs) and TRUs in your organization:
- The CFDI PAC confirmation key is not entered for the legal entity.
- A CFDI fiscal regime is not selected for the legal entity.
- A social security work risk classification isn't selected for the legal entity.
- A valid RFC is not entered for a TRU.
- The waybill number for the TRU is missing.
This feature offers enhanced data validation on HR and payroll data, which helps identify data issues before payroll processing occurs.
