Payroll Validation Archive Report
The Payroll Validation Archive Report displays a summary of all the errors and warnings that may be generated when the next payroll is run. The report groups the results into two categories: person and statutory deductions. To ensure a successful payroll run, you need to review and correct all the errors identified in the report. The warning messages enable you to review and make the required changes, but the warnings won't prevent the payroll run from completing.
The report provides an early insight into the potential challenges with person and/or statutory deduction information. The items can be reviewed and any changes made ahead of the payroll run process.
