Provident Fund Pension Form 7 and Form 8

The employers who are exempted from provident fund can generate Form 7 and Form 8 using Cloud India Payroll. These are the annual reports that should be submitted to Employee Provident Fund Organization(EPFO) for every financial year.

Form 7 reports month wise contributions towards pension fund for an employee for the financial year. It contains the following details:

• Personal information
• Monthly wages
• Monthly pension contribution
• Termination details 

Form 8 reports the consolidated annual contributions towards pension fund for each employee of the organization. The details include:

• Annual wages
• Annual pension contribution
• Annual total amount 
• Month wise total amount 

Compliance with statutory requirements.
