Redwood: Configure Questionnaire Scoring in Check-Ins

You can now configure a Redwood Performance check-in template or Touchpoints check-in template to display scores for questionnaires.

When configuring a check-in template, if you have included Questionnaires as check-in content you can now select Enable scoring and select a scored questionnaire for the worker or manager.

Enable Scoring in Check-in Template

You can configure the option so that worker and manager see their own scores as well or allow both roles to see each other’s scores. It’s possible for HR users to use the scores for reporting without displaying it to either the worker or manager. Managers and workers can use Calculate score to calculate the scores anytime while completing their questionnaire.

Tips And Considerations

  • As the Performance Document, Check-in, and Goals Center are closely connected the Redwood version of these pages you can enable or disable all using the common ORA_HRA_PERFORMANCE_DOCUMENTS_AND_GOALS_REDWOOD_ENABLED profile option. These features can't be enabled individually.
  • If the check-in template is in use and scoring wasn’t enabled previously, you can’t enable scoring in the template.
  • If the check-in template is in use and scoring was previously enabled, you can’t disable scoring in the template. However, you can enable or disable the option to display questionnaire scores to managers and workers.
