Redwood: Notification For Matrix Managers Employee Received Anytime Feedback

Enable the notifications, received when an employee receives Anytime Feedback, for specific manager types in a matrix organization.

Improves communication to matrix managers their reports have received anytime feedback.

Steps to Enable

As a HR you can perform the following steps to configure the notification:

1. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance > Workforce Development > Workforce Profiles > Manage Feedback Visibility.

2. Choose edit for the No Context.
3. Select the manager types who need to be notified.

4. Save the changes.

Tips And Considerations

You can only configure the manager type for notification if at least one visibility option for Anytime Feedback includes managers.
