Enhancements In All-in-One Evaluations

You can leverage enhancements added to All-in-One-Evaluations and streamline the evaluation process for managers.

The enhancements enable managers to perform the following actions:

  • Managers can view feedback and rating descriptions even if manager comments aren’t enabled for the competency, performance or development goal summary, or overall summary sections. Managers can use the More info icon to display a drawer that displays employee ratings or comments, other feedback, and rating descriptions.

  • Managers can view proficiency levels or performance ratings for competencies, summary ratings for competency and performance goal and development goal sections, and overall summary performance ratings in the drawer when entering comments as well as in the main page when entering comments.

Proficiency Levels for Competencies 

  • Managers evaluating their employees in All-in-One Evaluations can return an employee’s self-evaluation if the manager hasn’t started the evaluation.

These enhancements enable managers to streamline the evaluation process in All-in-One Evaluation.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
