Enhanced Workforce Schedule Subject Area

You can report on the shifts assigned to the workers with the addition of new metrics in the Workforce Scheduling - Workforce Schedule Real Time subject area.

Here are the new metrics added

Folder	Metric	Description
Workforce Schedule Shifts	Number of Self-Scheduled Shifts	Provides the count of shifts that are self scheduled by the workers
	Number of Manually Assigned Shifts	Provides the count of shifts that are assigned by Schedule Administrators or Managers
	Number of Automatically Assigned Shifts	Provides the count of shifts that are auto assigned to workers
	Number of Assigned Shifts	Provides the count of shifts that are filled in the Schedule.

Also, the existing metric named 'Number of Shifts Scheduled' has been renamed as 'Number of Shifts'.

In addition to the above, the following new attributes are added to the Workforce Schedule Shift Details folder:

• Shift Unpaid Break in Minutes
• Shift Paid Break in Minutes
• Shift Manual Paid Break in Minutes

New metrics that help to breakdown the assigned shifts by self scheduled, manually assigned, automatically assigned, and so on.
