Capture Absence Reason on the Time Card
Workers can now report reasons for absence entries that they add on their time cards.
This enhancement lets you report on reasons for absences, helping you align your policies with shifting absence patterns and correcting violations.
Steps to Enable
While you don’t need to enable this feature, you might need to change your absence type configurations, or you’ll need to add an Absence Reason field to the relevant time card layouts. For more information, see the release 25B What’s New: Record Absence Reason on the Time Card.
