New National Occupations Classification Attribute for the Romania Job Legislative Information
Use the new National Occupations Classification (COR Occupation) attribute to store the occupational codes and the correspondent descriptions associated to the performed job by your employees.
COR Occupation is the segment name under the newly created flex context Romania Job Legislative Information (ORA_HRX_RO_JOBS) added to the existing Job Legislative Information (PER_JOBS_LEG_EFF) extensible flexfield.
Maintain and define the COR Occupation values through the lookup type ORA_HRX_RO_COR, which is delivered with an empty list of values (LOV).
You can now capture COR codes and related descriptions at job level, needed for statutory reporting.
Steps to Enable
Navigate to My Client Group > Workforce Structures > Jobs > Add Job > Legislative Info to see the COR Occupation attribute.
To manually add the needed values for the COR Occupation:
- Click Navigator > My Enterprise > Setup and Maintenance.
