View Your Favorite Role Guides

You can now see the role guides that you added to your favorites from a career role detail page in Opportunity Marketplace. These favorite role guides are displayed in a new swim lane on the Grow Your Career tab.

Your Favorite Role Guides Swimlane

This swim lane appears just below the Skills and qualifications for the {CAREER_OF_INTEREST} role swim lane. If you remove all role guides from favorites, this swim lane won’t appear. 

To add a role guide to your favorites, click the Careers of interest link on the left panel. This opens the Opportunity Marketplace application. From here, click a career role card that you’re interested in. If there are role guides associated to this career role, you’ll see them on the Role Guides tab of the career role detail page. You can then click a role guide and add it to your favorites. 

Note: If you have more than one role guide associated to your career role, you can add those as well to your favorites. 

Role guides allow businesses to provide more detailed requirements for their roles, and often, employees will want to develop towards a specific role defined in a role guide. This feature gives employees easy access to view all their favorite role guides in one place.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
