Expanded Award Access for Managers
Administrators can now configure award programs to allow managers to send awards beyond their immediate team or organization.
To create an award program, click Navigator > My Client Groups >Show More> Configure Programs > Add Program > Award. You can use these options to send awards beyond your immediate team or organization. You can select recipients from this list when you send a recognition or award:
- Manager's reports: Your direct reports only.
- Anyone: With this option, managers can send award to anyone in the organization. The only filters that apply here are the organization owners and the eligibility rules.
Program Configuration
This enhancement encourages:
- Cross-department collaboration and recognition.
- Engagement by allowing broader acknowledgment of contributions.
Steps to Enable
