Enable Redwood Experience to Manage Questionnaires

Take advantage of the new enriched Redwood designed Questionnaires feature. The enhanced design and better performance mean that users will have an improved user experience.

Quickly find existing questionnaires using search filters and easily navigate through the steps to create and manage them.

The AI Assist capability is available for the Journey Survey subscriber only.

Better performance and the enriched Redwood design provides users with an improved user experience for creating and managing questionnaires.

Steps to Enable

Enable the ORA_HRQ_QUESTIONNAIRE_SETUP_REDWOOD_ENABLED profile option to access Questionnaires in Redwood.

  1. Navigate to the Setup and Maintenance work area.
  2. Search for and click the Manage Administrator Profile Values task.
  3. Search for and select the ORA_HRQ_QUESTIONNAIRE_SETUP_REDWOOD_ENABLED profile option.
  4. Select Site from the Level list.
  5. Enter Y in the Profile Value field.
  6. Click Save and Close.
