Workforce Profiles - Model Profile Real Time is enhanced with attribute configured by admins to identify which licenses and certifications that require 3rd party verification. 

Workforce Profiles - Person Profile Real Time subject is enhanced with 3rd party licenses and certifications verification status posted on employee's Talent Profile. Verification history will also be available as different rows with different 'Last Verified On" dates on the person profile dimension for a person's certification.

This verification is critical for healthcare workers who need to be in compliance with regulatory requirements to practice their profession and provide treatment to patients.
