New Attributes - Curation Status, Needs Review & Source in Library Object and Model Profile

FA had added the ability for admins to maintain skills in the item catalog (Library Object). This requirement helps admins report on skills in the application given this evolution of our Dynamic Skills offering. 

Workforce Profiles - Library Objects Real Time is enhanced with attribute Curation Status of the skills introduced into the item catalog, those needs to be acted upon by the admins.

FA uses a combination of AI and the skills item catalog to add suggested skills to a job profile. These skills are then sync-ed / propagated to position profiles. This OTBI enhancement covers the ability for users to report on skills that were suggested by the Bulk Advisor on job and position profiles.  Skills that have been suggested for job profile are marked Pending Curation and the Job profiles or Position profiles that have skills need to be curated are set to Need Review = Yes. The admin can review and approve the skill by setting the Curation Status = Curated and the profile's Needs Review = No.

The new attributes in the Library Objects and Model Profile subject areas help admins report on skills in the item catalog, specifically those suggested by the Bulk Advisor and currently in transactions requiring action.
