Redwood: Separate Security For Viewing And Giving Anytime Feedback

Allows you to determine whether users can give anytime feedback or just view anytime feedback given to them.

Ensures that users can provide feedback to an employee in their public domain or for themselves only if they have the right privilege.

Steps to Enable

To control which employees can view the Give Feedback button on the employee Feedback Center (for themselves or for another employee in public person security profile) or view the Give Feedback quick action (Me ->Show More ->Give Feedback): 

• Enable profile option: Secure Give Anytime Feedback Action 
• For those employees who should be able to give feedback assign the privilege: Give Anytime Feedback (HRT_GIVE_ANYTIME_FEEDBACK)

 Alternatively, if the above options are not enabled then employees can give and view anytime feedback as long as they have the HRT_MANAGE_HCM_PERSON_NOTE assigned.
