Redwood Redesigned Talent Review Dashboard
Take advantage of the Redwood redesigned Talent Review dashboard to review your employees. The dashboard has different tabs for each of the box chart views. Click the tab name to switch between the views. You can see the count of members and the percentage of the total count in each box in the chart and the holding area. Click the Select All button to select all the members of the review population including those in the holding area who are visible on the meeting dashboard.

You can apply filters to focus only on specific review population members or search for a particular member by name.

Click a particular box to expand and view that box.

Holding Area
Click the Holding Area button to view or hide the holding area of the dashboard.
Display Options and Prior Ratings
Click the View Display Options and Prior Ratings icon next to the Table button to view display options and prior ratings of the members of the review population.
On the Display Options tab, you can select to view the display options for 1 of the demographic factors and up to 2 talent ratings. You can also opt to view the photos and names of the members of the review population.

Note: The highlight colors or the icons used for the talent ratings depends on the preferred colors and icons selected in the meeting template. If no preferred colors or icons were selected in the template, then the colors and icons are randomly used.
You can see a legend in the Display Options tab for the selected display options.

You can opt to view the summary per box of the chart or across boxes.

On the Prior Ratings tab, you can see the legend for each of the rating value.
Prior Ratings of Review Population Members
Click the eye icon to view only members who were assigned that rating.

Click Restore Defaults to clear the selections made on the Display Options and Prior Ratings tab.
Associated Succession Plans and Talent Pools
Click the Plans and Pools button to view the succession plans and talent pools associated with the meeting. This button will be displayed only if succession plans and pools are enabled for the meeting in the meeting template. You can view the associated succession plans in the Succession Plans tab and the associated talent pools in the Talent Pools tab.

Each succession plan and talent pool shows a count of the number of members of the review population who are part of the plan or pool. Click a succession plan’s name to view the Succession Plans page that shows the succession plans associated with the Talent Review meeting. When you expand a succession plan, you can see the members of the review population who are included as candidates in the plan.

Click a talent pool’s name to view the Talent Pools page that shows the talent pools associated with the Talent Review meeting. When you expand a talent pool, you can see the members of the review population who are included as pool members.

Organization Chart
Click the View Organization Chart button to view the organization chart of the business leader.

Actions
You can select one of these actions in the Actions menu:
- Print Profile
- Print All Profiles
- Move Within Matrix
- Move to Holding Area
- View Potential Assessment
- Add to Succession Plan
When you select the Move Within Matrix action, you can specify the new ratings for multiple selected members of the review population.

Note: The actions displayed depends on the template configuration.
Actions for an Individual Member of the Review Population
Table View
You can switch between the graph view and the table view of the meeting dashboard. Click the Table button to switch to the table view.

You can identify the members who are part of the holding area. You can apply filters to focus on a particular segment of the review population. Click the View Prior Ratings button to view the prior ratings of the members of the review population.

Click the View Current Ratings button to view the current ratings of the members of the review population.
You can view the comments that managers have provided for the ratings for each member. Click the comment icon to view this information.

To view the Redwood redesigned Talent Review meeting dashboard page, you need to enable the profile option indicated in the table.
