Validate Participant Field Values When Giving Feedback

Enables HR administrators to use Business Rules in Oracle Visual Builder Studio to configure validation conditions on the Give Feedback page. These validations can be applied to both the person giving feedback and the person receiving feedback, using attributes such as department, person number, and Extra Information Types (EITs).
