New Subject Area: Workforce Scheduling - Scheduling Volumes Real Time

You can now report on the Workforce Scheduling with the addition of the new subject area Workforce Scheduling - Scheduling Volumes Real Time. This provides the ability to report on the data from the volume import functionality to understand the real time information on budgeted, or forecasted information.

The volumes are used as a lookup to the applicable staffing matrix which will provide the workload consolidation staffing requirement. This helps to understand changes in the volumes for daily operations or longer range forecasting needs.

You can analyze the volume data by Time, Department, and Location dimensions. The Time dimension is anchored on the End Date in the Workforce Scheduling Volume Details and Time dimension can be used for historical reporting.

With this subject area you can report on the volume imported data.
