Market Data: Redwood Experience for Import Survey (Manage Survey Data)

Check out the new Manage Survey Data page that has been recreated in the Redwood tool set Visual Builder Studio (VBS). The page is turned on by default, but you can disable it using a profile option. This task was previously called Import Survey. New functionality has been introduced to Import Survey, so the task has been renamed to Manage Survey Data. You can now alter data to age, weight, discount or premium data by survey. Age survey data to advance the data of an older survey to be more current. Weight survey data by a factor, for example when experience has told you that a particular survey is more valuable than another, or to weight an industry specific survey more greatly than other surveys, for example weight as 2 while other surveys are weighted as 1. Discount survey data to scale back data for a survey that is newer than all other surveys, for reverse aging, or for a survey that is known to be skewed on the higher end, such as knowing from previous experience that a survey tends to be higher. A discount is negative, a premium is positive. You may want to perform these actions to prepare survey data for creating composites. Greater emphasis has been placed on displaying all data for a survey. Previously survey data could only be viewed by batches in Import Survey.
