Extract Configuration Group User Interface

You can now create and manage configuration groups specific to extracts using the all-new Extract configuration Group task in the Data Exchange work area.

Components on this page:

  • List of pre-seeded extract configuration groups with set of parameters and features
  • Export button: to bulk-export all the user created extract configuration groups as an XML file
  • Import button: to bulk-import user created extract configuration groups from an XML file to the page. If an existing configuration group is found you may choose to overwrite using the new XML file or keep the existing configuration. You can also download the log file to review the details of the import.
  • Search: you can search for extract configuration groups by name
  • Sort by: Use the following two options to sort the list of extract configuration group
    • Last Saved - ascending order
    • Name - ascending order
  • Actions: consists of the following menu actions -
    • Copy - Use this to reuse the selected extract configuration group and create a new one
    • Delete - Use this to delete the selected extract configuration group

Creating a new extract configuration group:

You can create a new extract configuration group by copying from an appropriate pre-seeded extract configuration.

Editing the newly created extract configuration group:

Click the extract configuration group you just created and use the Edit Configuration Group page to customize the parameters and featuresYou can review the default values and provide override values if you wish to change the default settings.

This enhanced user interface helps in creating unique extract configuration groups with custom parameters and features settings, making it easier to configure extract behavior based on specific needs.
