Guided Journeys Available for Journey Tasks

You can now configure a guided journey and its tasks directly within a non-guided journey task setup by using the new Guided Journey and Journey Tasks attributes available on the Advanced tab of the task configuration panel. Here are the key features of this enhancement:

  • Guided journey tasks are displayed within the corresponding task of an assigned journey.

  • This enables you to associate guided journey tasks to specific assigned journey tasks, rather than having them display independently on the assigned journey page.

  • This feature provides a more contextual and organized experience for users navigating complex journeys.
