Business Rule Configuration Based on Initiated from Offer Supported in Redwood Employment Processes from 25D

With the 25D release, you will be able to set up business rules based on whether an employment action is initiated from a job offer. This helps you apply different checks and controls depending on how the process started, reducing rework and improving efficiency. The new "Initiated from Offer" flag will indicate if an action - like Promote, Transfer, or Add Assignment - began from a job offer.

This feature applies to the following processes:

  • Create work relationship

  • Add assignment

  • Create work relationship

  • Add Assignment

  • Local and Global Transfer

  • Promote

  • Transfer

  • Change Assignment

This allows validations and field controls depending on whether the action is initiated from a job offer conversion. To help customers prepare early, the "Initiated from Offer" field is available in 25C, so business rules can be set up in advance and avoid rework when the feature goes live in 25D.
