Legislative Data Updates
Use the Legislative Data Updates page to view and manage planned or unplanned tax and geography data updates for the Americas. This feature is currently available for Canada, Mexico, and the US. The page lists the monthly updates as given here.
- Planned predefined on-cycle monthly updates that are either required or not required.
- Unplanned off-cycle updates that are in addition to the on-cycle planned updates and may be required to fix an urgent issue.
Navigation to the Legislative Data Updates page: My Client Groups > Show More > Payroll > Legislative Data Updates from your Home page.

Steps to Enable
This feature is automatically available and there are no steps required to enable this feature. However, you need to configure security to use this feature. See the Access Requirements section.

Access Requirements
You must have the following functional security and privileges to view and manage the Legislative Data Updates page and run the Legislative Data Updates flow.
- Manage Payroll Legislative Updates (PAY_MANAGE_PAYROLL_LEGISLATIVE_UPDATES_PRIV)
- View Payroll Legislative Updates (PAY_VIEW_PAYROLL_LEGISLATIVE_UPDATES)
