Enhanced Guided Journey for Tax Withholding Cards

We have simplified the process of defining Guided Journeys offered when viewing the Tax Withholding card or adding or editing a component.  You now can use the standard Visual Builder Studio field to identify your Guided Journey.  This is the same type of field as used for other Guided Journeys.

When configuring your tax card Guided Journey, you can use the same type of field as used for other Guided Journeys Feature Category.

Steps to Enable

Before you can define content for the Tax Withholding Card, you must enable Guided Journeys and optionally Guided Journeys for Redwood.

  1. Start the Manage Administrator Profile Values task from the Setup and Maintenance work area.
  2. Set the ORA_PER_GUIDED_JOURNEYS_ENABLED profile option to Y.
  3. Set ORA_PER_GUIDED_JOURNEYS_SETUP_REDWOOD_ENABLED to Y.

Tips And Considerations

You no longer need to use a specific Guided Journey code or enter it in the US-specific field.
