Redwood Experience: Cancel a Job Offer

Take advantage of the Redwood cancel offer page that has been recreated in the Redwood toolset called Visual Builder Studio (VBS).

When the Redwood profile options are enabled, upon clicking the Cancel Offer action from the Job Offers list, job offer details page, or job application details page, you’ll see the Cancel offer page for canceling the job offer. You need to select the state and provide comments.

This new feature provides a consistent Redwood look and feel experience for users who have navigated from the Job Offers list and job application details page.

Steps to Enable

To enable the Redwood Cancel offer page from the Job Offers list page, you need to enable this profile option:  

• ORA_IRC_RECRUITING_REDWOOD_ENABLED

To enable the Redwood Cancel offer page from the job application details page, you need to enable these profile options:

• ORA_IRC_RECRUITING_REDWOOD_ENABLED
• ORA_IRC_JOB_APPLICATION_REDWOOD_ENABLED

Tips And Considerations

In 25C, the Manage Job Offers list page and the offer details page are still available in responsive UI only. Users will see the responsive Cancel Offer flow when canceling an offer from the Manage Job Offers list page or details pages. (My Client Groups > Quick Actions > Show More > Manage Job Offers).
