Changes to Expiration Date in Notifications

Changes were made to these Alerts Composer notifications. Before 25C, these notifications were sent to the offer team on the job offer expiration date. Now, these notifications are sent one day prior to the expiration date, so that the offer team can reach out to the candidate and ask them to respond to the job offer. This way, the offer team can avoid situations of job offers being expired.

Changes were made to these candidate notifications available in the Recruiting Content Library. In 25C, these notifications are sent one day prior to the job offer expiration date to inform the candidate.

• ORA_OFFER_EXPIRATION_EXT
• ORA_OFFER_EXPIRATION_INT

With this change, the offer team and candidates will get advance notice about the offer expiration date so that they can take appropriate action for the extended offer.
