Redwood: Add Members using Add by Analysis in Talent Pools

You can now add members from an analysis when creating or editing a talent pool in the Redwood redesigned talent pool pages. In the Members section, click the Add from Analysis button to do this.

On the Add from Analysis panel, select the analysis. If the analysis has a Person ID column, you can see people who are included in the analysis listed. Select the persons who you want to add as members and click Add.

Steps to Enable

To view the Redwood redesigned talent pool pages, you need to enable the profile options indicated in the table.

To view analyses on the Add from Analysis panel, set the value of the Default Reports Folder for Selecting Talent Pool Members (ORA_HRM_TALENT_POOLS_DEFAULT_REPORT_FOLDER) profile option to the path in which you’ve stored your analyses. The analyses added to the folder in this path needs to have the Person ID attribute as a column.
