Accrual Processing for End Dated Enrollments

Retro HR events can now trigger absence accrual reprocessing to adjust the end of enrollment transactions. When a retro HR event occurs after a plan balance is transferred or rolled into another plan enrollment, the system voids the original global transfer transactions. It then posts the updated accrual and executes the transfer process again.
