Administrators can now personalize additional page properties, fields, and regions on these pages by using Visual Builder Studio business rules:

You can personalize these Person Info fields and regions and self-service page properties:

  • Show Beneficiary Organization on the Home Tab
  • Show Document Records on the Home Tab
  • Hide Flex Credits Region for Flex Program on the View All Enrollment Page

  • Hide Flex Credits Region for Flex Program on Enrollment Journey
  • Set Additional Context for Guided Journey at the Page Level

  • Show Add or Update Dependents on the Report a Life Event Page

You can personalize the Benefits Summary fields and regions and these self-service page properties:

  • Hide Flex Credits Region for Flex Program on the Summary Page
  • Set Additional Context for Guided Journey at the Page Level
  • Hide Notes Region on the Summary Page

Administrators gain greater flexibility and control over the self-service landing and enrollment pages and the Benefits Summary page by extending Benefits business rules to include new constants and configuration of page properties. This allows you to hide or display fields and regions, make them required based on business needs without any additional development efforts. The result is a more tailored employee experience, reduced administrative overhead, and faster adaptation to evolving compliance and organizational requirements.

Access Requirements

 To use Visual Builder Studio, ensure that your user account is linked to this job role:

  • Application Implementation Consultant (ORA_ASM_APPLICATION_IMPLEMENTATION_CONSULTANT_JOB)

As an administrator, you must have certain privileges to assign the necessary roles:

    • These privileges are required for everyone who assigns Oracle Cloud Applications roles to their users:
      • Cloud administrator
      • Service administrator
      • Application administrator
    • In Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS), you must have either an Identity Domain Administrator or User Administrator role. You only need these roles if IDCS role synchronization has been turned off and you need to assign the VB Studio IDCS roles manually.
