Associate Job Subfamilies with a Job Family
You can now categorize a job family into granular subgroups called job subfamilies. And you can associate one or more job subfamilies with a job family.

This feature enables you to further categorize job families into subfamilies and link them directly to jobs, bringing greater clarity to your workforce structures. It also improves how roles align across your organization and facilitates more precise reporting.
