The following enhancements were done as a part of this feature:
- Customizable Fields: Increased flexibility allows for configuration of fields within the Document Records section of Employment flows. However, some fields, such as “Created From” and “Publish Date,” are unavailable for configuration and won't be displayed in the document recors plugin.
- Document-Dependent Fields (DDF): Fields marked as visible will display based on the selected document type.
- Read-only Document Records Section: The read-only view varies with configured business rules; certain fields will only be displayed within this section as per design.
- Employment Start Date BR Rules Configuration: You can use BR rules to hide, show, or set the fields to read-only within the Document Records section; defaulting values isn't supported.
- User Interface Updates:
o The Document Records section is now displayed in panel drawers.
o Button labels for actions (Add DoR) have been updated.
o Add Document Record Page:
- Header: “New Document of Record”
- Buttons: “Add” and “Cancel”
o Edit Document Record Section:
- Header displays as <Document Type>
- Buttons: “Save,” “Cancel,” and “Delete” (same as 25C)
This enhancement enables organizations to apply business logic and customize page behavior for document records, increasing flexibility and control over document management in employment processes.
