Redwood Experience for Archive Results

You can use the Redwood Archive Results page to streamline your payroll processing and allow you to quickly identify and resolve errors, unprocessed assignments, or missing records within a clean and customizable interface. With its powerful search, navigation, and export tools, you can analyze results more effectively and make corrections directly from the archive view. This reduces manual effort, minimizes rework, and ensures greater accuracy in payslip generation and external payment processing.

Use the redesigned Redwood Archive Results page to provide payroll administrators with a modern, intuitive experience for managing payroll data. The new interface introduces improved navigation, flexible search, customizable views, and inline editing capabilities, making it easier to review, correct, and export payroll archive information that feeds into payslip generation and payment processing.

Steps to Enable

The Archive Results page is enabled by default and is controlled by the Redwood Payroll Activity Enabled profile option. The profile option is set to Yes by default.

In case this page isn’t enabled, use these steps to enable it:

  1. Navigate to the Setup and Maintenance area and search for the Manage Administrator Profile Values task.
  2. On the Manage Administrator Profile Values page, search for and select the Redwood Payroll Activity Enabled profile option. The code for this profile option is ORA_PAY_PAYROLL_ACTIVITY_REDWOOD_ ENABLED.
  3. In the Profile Values section, click Add.
  4. Specify the level at which the profile value is to be set. Select Site.
  5. Click Save and Close.

Note: The ORA_HCM_VBCS_PWA_ENABLED central profile option must also be enabled.
