Payslip Template

Use the Generate Payslip process to create payslips.

The payslip template displays various regions including:

• Employee details
• Employer details
• Pay period
• Earnings
• Taxes
• Deductions including prestatutory, voluntary and involuntary
• Direct payments
• Net pay distribution
• Year-to-date totals

Run the Generate Payslip process for each payroll period. It generates the payslip XMLs based on the payroll archive and prepayments data. The application creates the payslip PDFs and stores them in the Document of Records for future reference and retrieval.
