Job and Position Descriptive Flexfield Database Items Enabled in Rates based Salary Calculations

You can now use the Position, Job descriptive flexfield, and Position descriptive flexfield database items in rates based salary calculations. When these are used in the values by criteria rate definitions, the proposed values can be detected on the Global HR pages, such as Hire an Employee and Change Assignment.

This feature lets you use Position, its descriptive flexfields, and the Job descriptive flexfield attributes in real-time salary calculations. 

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
