Saudi Hijri Date of Birth Business Rule

You can now default the Hijri date of birth for a person in a Saudi legal employer using the delivered business rule Rule for Hijri DOB.

The rule automatically converts a person's date of birth for the following flows:

• Hire an Employee
• Add a Contingent Worker
• Add a Pending Worker
• Add a Nonworker

You can override the calculated Hijri date of birth, if required.

The following limitations exist:

• The business rule isn't triggered when using HCM Data Loader (HDL).
• If you edit a person's date of birth, the Hijri date of birth isn't automatically recalculated.
