You can define job application configurations such as tabs order and default tab using Visual Builder Studio page properties. Additionally, the option to create job applications on behalf of candidates when using the Add to Requisition action can be selected by default by configuring a Visual Builder Studio page property. Candidate type has been added as a condition parameter that can be used to define rules in Visual Builder Studio.

With these enhancements, you can set the most frequently visited tab as being the default tab and you can order the tabs according to your organization's business process. If you want users to create job applications on behalf of candidates, you can set that option to be selected by default. This will save time and ensure this isn't overlooked or missed by users.

Steps to Enable

The Create Job Application on Behalf of Candidate page property is used to define if the option "Create a job application on behalf of a candidate" is selected by default. This page property is located in the Job Application List page in Visual Builder Studio.

NOTE: The page property only applies to the Add to Requisition action available in the Redwood job applications list and job application details page. It doesn’t apply to other pages where the Add to Requisition action appears like the candidate lists and candidate profiles.

The Default Selected Tab page property is used to set the job application default tab. This page property is located in the Job Application page in Visual Builder Studio:

The Ordered List of Tabs in Job Application Profile page property is used to set the job application tabs order. This page property is located in the Job Application page in Visual Builder Studio.
