New Skill Descriptor Attributes in Workforce Profiles - Library Objects Real Time subject area

The Workforce Profiles - Library Objects Real Time subject area is now enhanced with additional attributes.  As administrators, these attributes enable you to generate insights for catalog optimization, providing visibility to Skills classification, and improved analytics for catalog maintenance.

You can now add descriptors like Domain, Business Driver, and Business Capability to skills in the item catalog, which allows for better categorization and management of skills. 

Admins and reporting users can now use these descriptors to classify and assess catalog skills effectively. This will improve governance and ensure skills match the business needs.

Steps to Enable

Use the newly added attributes for your reporting requirements.
