Redwood: Filter for Employees Related to a Skill in Team Skills Center

Provides an option to search for skills and filter for employees related to the skill in Team Skills Center (My Team >Team Skills Center>Skills). You click on the skill to view the list of employees related to the skill.

You can use the Search by employee option to search for an employee in the list of employees related to the skill.
