Redwood: Send Now Option Activates Campaign and Initiates Process to Send Emails and SMS Messages

Send emails and SMS messages immediately rather than scheduling them to send at a later date or time. In the scheduling section, select the Send Now option to initiate a process and activate the campaign immediately. When this process runs, it prepares and sends the email and SMS message straight away.

Business Benefit: Quickly send out communications to your audience with the Send Now option.

Steps to Enable and Configure

You need to enable the ORA_HCO_NODELAY_TRIGGER_ESS profile option, it's disabled by default.

For emails and SMS messages that are scheduled for a future date and time, the Schedule Communicate Campaigns process will schedule and send it.
