Control for Points Withdrawal

You can now control whether users can withdraw points from an external supplier back into Celebrate. When withdrawal is disabled, users can still redeem points with the supplier, for example, they can redeem the points for buying gift cards, but  they can’t bring unused points back into Celebrate.

To control withdrawal of points, go to My Client Groups > Show More > Configure Global Settings, and select the Withdraw points from supplier option.

This enhancement gives administrators better control over point management by preventing users from withdrawing points back into Celebrate. This simplifies financial reconciliation, supports program compliance, and ensures points are redeemed only through the supplier as intended.
