FPS Enhancement: Control Employee Address Reporting

You can control whether you want the employee addresses to be reported for all employees or only new starters on the Full Payment Submission. Set this option for these processes:

• FPS for Tax Year Ending April 2025
• FPS for Tax Year Ending 2026

Use the new field Employee Address on FPS from Tax Year 2024-25 on the organization-level Statutory Deductions calculation card. The default value is set to All Employees. 

This enhancements enables you to control employee address inclusion for FPS reporting to HMRC while supporting data minimization and compliance. 

Steps to Enable and Configure

Use the calculation cards task to access the Statutory Deductions calculation card for a PSU or TRU. Set the value for the employee address reporting in the Pay As You Earn Default calculation card component.
