Advance Pay

Advance Pay enables employees to request payments before they go on a holiday. It is recovered over a period, for example, weekly, bi-weekly, or lunar periods when required.

Before you start payroll processing for Advance Pay, ensure that you process all other earnings and deductions. You need to set up the Advance Pay usage and ensure that earnings are processed during the holiday period.

You can use the sample solution provided to configure advance pay, enabling payroll to administer holiday payments in advance and manage recovery during the leave period.

Steps to Enable and Configure

Create the element eligibility for the Advance Pay elements.
